      telecommuting available salary competitive, but not equally to everyone

      entrenched management who favor colleagues they have known longest. incredible bureaucracy, nothing moves forward. A behemoth moving at the speed of tectonic plates. returning to old ways of getting premium in the door fast, not willing to build up slowly and do things the right way. Unexamined past will lead to future weakness

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
