Overall a good employer - hours, employee benefits (e.g. share options - although not worth much now). Good social element & colleagues tend to be excellent - still good friends with many people I worked with.

Slow pace of work will numb you to the point of death!! There is long winded process for everything - even the process has process. Career path does not reward effort or innovation - feels more like public sector.
