Inefficient Management - Anonymous employee AHAM Asset Management Employee Review

My only issue with the company is the poor management skills demonstrated by a certain senior manager. He lacks discipline and integrity, and is very fickle minded in his decisions, in the expense of his team. Constant need to exert his dominance over others, with poor communication skills. Does not respect women. Feels the need to demean them in order to feel superior.
