      Pros

      -Excellent leadership: Andrea, the CEO, really took me under her wing and pushed me be become a more engaged, critical thinking employee. She’s the best boss I’ve had yet. -I worked with great clients on positions I hadn’t recruited for in the past -Andrea let me dabble in Human Resources responsibilities like using the SHRM site to create an employee handbook; which was so rewarding -the team is wonderful and filled with such talent.

      Cons

      Something Andrea is currently working on are offering a wider array of benefits. She is very generous and considerate of all of her employees needs.

      Pros

      Aha! Recruiting experts has a fun and caring atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help with everything including tasks outside of their role. We are all 100% remote and still find ways to interact and have fun together. We have a monthly happy hour!

      It is my own company. I work hard to create a workplace where everyone is constantly learning and developing in the areas they want to grow.

      We are still growing and sometimes have some growing pains in structure and training.
