Pros

The pros of the job would be flexible in schedule, being salary (also a con), working with the local farmers/companies is a great way of networking.

Cons

The cons, for me, outweighed the pros. Company wants to have “good culture,” but it’s not what it seems. If you work out at the corporate office, then yes, it’s probably quite a bit different. They get sponsored lunches often and special treatment. “Ordinary people to extraordinary people” (something along those lines) is something that’s said, and it’s very cheesy and not acted upon, unless you’re buddy buddy with management. If you’re willing to bow down to the corporate wishes, you can work up to a managerial position, but if you have boundaries, they will constantly be pushed. Asked to come in after 9pm to work for 4-6 hours - but remember, you’re salary. Guilted if you say no There are people in positions that should absolutely not be there. No sales experience, but was hired to “coach sales” The company says they are elite, but the technology is way behind. Delivery routes are still kept on paper and passed down from driver to driver rather than having any sort of CRM and Routing system, which would increase efficiency both for the company and employee, but again, slow on the technology adaptation. Push products hard. Push push push sell sell sell *clap clap*
