It is a slightly more mature work environment, however there is good mix between age groups, genders and international colleges. Friendly and helpful atmosphere. A good work-life balance is achievable with this employer. Salaries are are fair compared to other companies.
Cons
Career path is not clearly defined in the company. Difficult to rotate between departments (if possible at all). Flat organization structure, difficult to get promoted (if at all). Not possible to relocate between countries or regions with the company.
