      Pros

      Being self employed I get the benefit of working days that suit me and we're able to swap the morning school run between me and the wife. Weekly pay helps keep the bills up-to date. I get assistance with my self assessment form to ensure I pay the right amount of tax. I saved £ this year :)

      Cons

      Van costs are expensive altho AFS defo have the cheapest on the road compared to all the other DSP's who operate from DXG2

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Management are very receptive to suggestions.

      Cons

      One downside of remote/flexible working is not always having F2F interaction with colleagues; but this could be said of all companies that offer remote working.

      Pros

      Semi family atmosphere, including grapevine that is alive and well; Benefits are adequate given the small size of the company;

      Cons

      Sometimes management can't make up their minds what they want: start one high priority item only to be pulled off at last second to do another high priority item. So, it would be lack of planning of resources.
