      Pros

      Large company plenty of resources at you disposal. Good advertising campaign, slick website (don't know how they pulled that off, company is absolutely NOT tech savvy).

      Cons

      VERY poor management. Important decisions are made randomly, with virtually no forethought or reasoning.
