Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback – it really is appreciated! Freedom is something we take seriously here at AEVI, without it we lose our ability to innovate. We are growing rapidly at the moment, which we recognise can cause some short-term pains; that is why hiring is one of our key priorities.
Management skill sets is also important to us, and whilst we think our managers are doing a good job, there is always room for growth – that is why in 2021, we launched AEVI Gamechangers, our management training programme, so ensure that our people leaders have the right skillset necessary to best support our people and AEVI.
