      Average enough benefits, timely salary. Interesting industry - company has the right ideals and good direction

      Cons

      No downsides but lots of improvements needed. More Learning & development for civilians, cross deployment and training needed. Assign more resources to hire more people.

      If you met the right superiors, you might be able to flourish.

      Cons

      Office politics are killing everyone. If you are good at playing games and wining them, this will be a place for you. Usually bootlickers gets the good stuffs.
