No dedicated representative with whom to communicate concerns. They have had high turnover rate of account representatives. Some of the other consulting companies have luncheons for their consultants and reach out to their consultants to "check in" to make sure everything all is well. At first, Aetea did this (my first year with the company). Other than email communication regarding pay or benefits, you never hear anything from them.
