They do not want to see you succeed. - VERY high turnover, everyone leaves ASAP - some teams are better than others but some are very inefficient. - not caught up on technology. Terrible computers. - you are at the mercy of your manager. Higher ups will not step in when needed. - if you have any talent or ambition, go somewhere else.
