      Great benefits, Great learning opportunities...

      Cons

      I worked at two very different locations both experiences where less than desirable, it's who you know not what you know...The same people mysteriously win the in office contest every year, it's been 10 years and the same people keep "winning" free round the world trips. No opportunity for growth unless you're in with the higher ups.

      -Collaborative people depending on which business unit you’re in -great work life balance

      Cons

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
