      Pros

      Good company to work for. Decent commission structures and very good training team that up-skill staff. Advtech is a great company to train up passionate Recruiters.

      Cons

      Micromanagement culture. Major deficits attached to your desk. Very little connection across the group on a cultural level. Staff retention is not the best.
