Pros
What makes ADT special to me are the employees. Many of them are real, earthy, technical-minded, and friendly as they have come from other places to be there. Their training seems to be first-rate and very well thought out to be tested in live exercises. I give credit to the HR department for picking up good people to be there and the Training Department for preparing everyone for the ride. The benefits of working at ADT are good and standard from an old-school perspective: 401k + match, Medical, Vision, and supporting HSA. I think the pay and commissions are decent, but one should keep their own spreadsheet of their sales if they are in that business. Thinking of the 401k, the support from Fidelity is really good and they have a sweet selection of funds to invest in from very conservative to adventurous such as the Large Cap Growth Pool A which is making 35% YTD (2024).
