Pros
WFH has never been so exciting. I never once woke up the next day and did not want to work. Simply because this is my passion and I get to work alongside people who have the same mentality; there is really no dull moment with the team. I enjoy working with our young team, we're all hustlers with go-getter mindsets; everyone fits right into the agency culture. The leadership team is really fun to work with. They're very understandable, helpful, resourceful, and very supportive as leaders should be. Autonomy is a huge aspect of the agency. It gives you a chance to grow your industry knowledge. I've learned so much ever since I started my career path here, and the growth never stops as our environment is forever changing and adapting. Cons
There is a lot of work that goes around the agency, which is a good thing. That just means that we're consistently growing and adapting. However, I do get burned out from time to time.
