As Country Office we are the ADMIN so basically we are the headquarters of ADRA Yemen. As being able to create/add new policies and edit/update old policies, this authority gives us the opportunity to be fully accountable and be able to leave a positive fingerprint.

Not time flexible Politics at senior management level Not a healthy work environment
