Pros
-Small company, so lots of learning in a short period of time -Freedom to design around whatever you come up with, only engineering guidelines that clients wanted -Family company. Owner of the company is a well spoken, friendly, and kind-hearted guy. Awesome to work with. Cant say enough good things -Great guys working there (non engineers)
Cons
-Very low salary for engineers -Hours (used to be flexible 10-6, then after a sudden change, back to the 9-5 traffic life) -Incredibly anal. The type of team that tries to round to .0001 on a .001 caliper -Very Sloppy team management. Projects are rushed at the end so that you will stay until 12 AM. -Unprofessional time management. Nothing is for certain here. (deadlines are never certain) For example, the team manager will specify a time to have daily meetings, yet not follow through after one meeting for that entire week. This has happened multiple times. If you say you are going to do something, follow through.
