      Pros

      Love this company. The work from home is fantastic and there is a fantastic work to home life balance. You are treated with respect and are trusted to do your work without micro management.

      Cons

      Not much to say in the way of cons other than compensation is lower than market by a fair amount. But as I understand that is being worked on.
