      Believe it or not... just the money. I needed it for personal issues and I had to accept the job offer even if the salary was not good.

      Everything. Bad management. Bad work environment. Bad salary. Bad code. Bad, bad, bad.

      Pros

      The company has a lot clients which is a great opportunity to develop new skills. The managment team is formed for very good and worker people. Working from home is allowed.
