Pros

under old lady ceo, there used to be smart colleagues and staffs i can learn from (but they have since departed). made good and competent friends during that time... current location quite convenient for fitness enthusiasts with gyms, climbing clubs, etc.

Cons

current mgmt (group ceo, cfo who was coo) is cheapskate, dishonest and unethical - always overpromise and underdeliver, to both employees and clients alike... toxic culture because mgmt loves to finger-point. never take responsibilities over their own mistakes. things hit the fan can blame interns (what kind of leadership is that??). hr loyally and blindly supports this management and executes their toxic polices and practices... one of the lowest salaries in the market (cos got zero bonus + poor healthcare benefits). almost little to no annual pay increments... no work from home because facetime and politicking is key to survival in this place... current new joiners (or those who have stayed, like myself) are staffs without options, so most of the current employees are quite poorly skilled/experienced, unmotivated and incompetent... feels like my intelligence/motivation is dropping every day... having this addx or istox (or whatever new name they wanna come up with) on your cv doesn't help, coz the industry seems to know. one interviewer told me i have no relevant experience cos my company business is hocus pocus (main focus is on pr fluff and marketing)... and i couldn't disagree... if you can, try not to join unless absolutely desperate... addx biz is not good... we downsizing and also subletting some of our office spaces... almost every other week got 1-2 resignations... i'm praying to leave soon

Pros

Near MRT station and abundant of lifts

Cons

Since the recent activity that the company did, the company culture has changed significantly. There has been a noticeable increase in turnover, declining morale, and growing uncertainty among employees. Policies around work-from-home flexibility were removed, everyone is afraid to speak up and no one dares to question the company's direction. The workplace became increasingly transactional after the new HR leadership took over, with much less focus on employee wellbeing, trust, and people development. Many long-time employees who once valued the culture no longer feel the same sense of belonging or psychological safety. What is most concerning is the lack of transparency and consistency in how performance and appraisals are handled. In some cases, appraisal outcomes appeared disconnected from actual contributions, which undermines confidence in the performance measurement process. There is also a strong sense that no one is truly safe, especially newer joiners. This creates an environment of fear rather than growth. I also do not think it is appropriate for companies to encourage current employees to leave positive reviews if they do not genuinely reflect the employee experience. Future candidates deserve honest and balanced insights to assess whether the environment is the right fit for them.
