Pros
The health insurance and 401K benefits are good compared to other companies. Most of the people are great to work with.
Cons
The technology division, AKA Zero Day Technology Solutions, severely lacked in management and vision. For a technology company, or in this case 'division', the pay was well below average. The biggest customers are only with Zero Day Technology Solutions due to cronyism. For a technology company, the internal infrastructure was outdated and engineers got refurbished equipment. The parent company asked their employees to falsify reviews on social media to boost their imprint on Facebook and Twitter, which is dishonest and tacky. Two weeks of vacation time a year for employees, regardless of seniority. Over the course of a year, the organization tree changed at least 4 times, due to changes in leadership for various divisions. People were either fired or shifted to different roles because they weren't doing a good enough job. Which lead to confusion and damaged employee morale. In my humble opinion, Zero Day Technology Solutions needs to be spun off into its own entity. Separate from the parent company ADB. The higher-ups do not understand how an IT company should be run and the engineers and customers suffer for it.
