      Pros

      The work is fun, the theoretical pay is excellent, and the owners allow a lot of independence and creativity

      Cons

      The owners are also sometimes making up things as they go along, so sometimes there's a lot of wasted work, and obviously the place got beaten pretty badly by Covid
