Pros
Nothing is better at ACSIA. Almost all employees at Acsia are suffering. I have experienced that.
Cons
If you have any concerns, you won't get any help from HR. They just listen to it, but no action will be taken. Freshmen and less experienced workers are not valued. Work-life balance is zero. In my career, I haven't worked for an organization like Acsia. I have seen many service-based companies whose priority will be their clients, but they will treat their own employees like gems. Here at ACSIA, your patience will be tested. No ethics. Moreover, most managers behaves with EGO.
