Micromanagement, absolutely no culture. Sexual harassment, sexism, spineless org. If you take this job, its only a matter of time until you see this for yourself. Also no growth opportunities. Nepotism. Cant even send an email outside of the organization without 3 managers having to review it. Fire people for having mental illness. Legit just did that. That place is also very unhealthy financially, see for yourself on their website.
