The pay would be considered high for the area. If you lived in the area you may be limited in options, but you should consider commuting elsewhere if necessary.
Cons
When I started I looked at the previous reviews. I thought possibly they may be exaggerated, or at the least maybe there would be attempts to change since the reviews were written. However, that is certainly not the case. Management is highly protective of positions. They spend much more effort protecting their job than actually doing their job. Incompetence is rampant, and the inability of the higher ups to identify this (do to their incompetence also) provides for a cycle of high turnover. The ones who are competent are run off, and the cycle continues. They have neither the desire to change or the ability to. Leads for a very bleak outlook. There is not an understanding of schedule or the work involved. The attitude is shove it out the door and let the customer complain if they catch the problems. I have to agree with all reviews written so far, in their entirety. And the bathrooms... don't get me started. Not fun when you go to the restroom and their is an inch of toilet water on the ground, at least once a week. The most disgusting environment I could imagine. Culture is nonexistent, projects are junk, feel sorry for all the clients out there who may have critical systems connected to ACS equipment. HR and staff will lie, so be aware of how you are manipulated.
