Where do I start? 1. Very little organic growth. Most of the growth is due to acquisitions. With each acquisition comes a general lay off. 2. People fail to take risks because they may loose their job. They do not want expose themselves to senior management. 3. Constant turn over of people so customers do not know who to turn to. 4. VP Level and above suck up to the CEO - therefore decisions even at low levels are influenced by the CEO.
