Pros
Motivating management team. Energetic ground support team that maintains a high level of camaraderie. Team members are driven and strive to achieve their goals. The company is creative and open to new ideas. Support for career development in aviation. The company also has the flying club that helps team members get their pilots license at a significantly reduced cost.
Cons
Using multiple platforms for scheduling, payroll, etc... All part of the growing pains of a small to mid size company. Tuition reimbursement program isn't significant.
