Pros
Great job for students, the schedule is extremely flexible and you work in 3 hours sessions. Working with kids and their families is very rewarding and it's great entry level experience. Supervisors are very supportive and always willing to offer advice and support. Employees are allowed to use company ipads for personal use.
Cons
It is difficult to get more than 10-15 hours a week unless you live near the office. Short sessions mean you can work 6 days a week and still only work 20 hours a week. The company treats BI's as expendable there is little continuing education, no benefits and little done to improve retention so employee turnover is very high. The company also will not provide references for former employees which is a real issue as many employees are young people building their resume
