SSA offices are great until you need tech support
Cons
Company does not adequately train you - judges get frustrated when you don’t know what to do or how to fix a technical problem. Work days vary from a few per month to 10 with the pay being all over the chart. Owner is rude via emails as well as some of their staff. When I signed on told I would be booked most days every month- has never happened.
