      they have favorites, upper management acts better than the Lowly CSRs.. only family of Management get to work remotely . Kind of messed up . You will never be promoted.

      Poorly ran, favoritism, supervisor ex heroine addict, don’t care for techs, family work environment, disrespectful, Low pay 18%, GM is passive aggressive, pay always gets messed up, struggled to get my last check, wants you to work for free
