Pros
It’s a good location if you live far from the city, south of Worcester.
Cons
For starters, there is no parking unless you win some kind of biased award to get a spot. Most of the people that win a spot will be traveling and not use it for most of the month anyway. Bring your sneakers for a nice, brisk 1/2 mike walk to and from the one lot available. The environment is tense. The employees complain that they are overworked and underpaid. The company celebrates some mysterious growth each month yet there is never any raises and even the one bonus received bordered on insulting. In general, the senior management team talks a lot but has very little to no action. Travel is excessive and employees get a very small fraction of that time back if at all. The work/life balance is non-existent and if you try to take it for yourself you are condemned for being unresponsive during non-office hours, weekends, even vacations. They pretend to advocate for education and growth but after you’ve done your hard work there will no opportunities for you to move up, claiming there are no positions available, but they’re always hiring! Preferential treatment is given to the family members. Working remote was an option but be careful not to do it too much or on a Friday, everyone will think you’re a slacker.
