Pros

Great hours, great working environment, approachable staff on all levels. Clear career path. Working closely with the other departments, you indirectly have a bit of exposure and understanding of what they do.

Cons

Initially, a lot of staff are often taken on as contractors or temporary staff. However, there is often the option of applying for your position on a permanent basis and other positions when you are employed at Access.

Pros

Coffee and cookies, enough break time, no macro management.

Cons

treats contractors unprofessional. The environment is so toxic and none diverse. You are expected to resolve 50tickets /day despite you are not trained for that particular technology. No team work. I don’t recommend working for this company.
