Pros

The only pro of working for this company is that if you are able to use the health insurance of your wife or another family member they will pay $400.00 per month to you for not using their health insurance.

Cons

Will fire anyone at will. Promote unqualified, inexperienced individuals who have no idea what they are doing. Customer service is the worst just check the BBB. Every customer is treated like they are guilty of something.

Work enviorment in my office was good

Cons

Minimum policy limits and company was private owned. We used COA and it cause our injury evaluations to be low. Venue wasn't factored in properly for some of our counties so constantly getting sued
