Horrible onboarding. Horrible communication and direction. Harldy anyone speaks a word of English. Two 10 minute breaks for a 10 hour day. most the welders lack pride and quality in their work despite the company raving about "quality". Lack of compensation for how physically demanding and nasty the jobs are. Many of the workers seem friendly but most look miserable. It sucked the soul out of me and made me miserable. Sweat shop vibes. I quit after a month of that.
