ABW has a "small business" feel with flexibility Great reputation for high quality Good mixture of industry focus (Energy, Aerospace and Defense) and a variety of projects Arlington Location is close to many businesses but away from downtown traffic Management is supportive and provides consistant guidance Training and mentoring programs are helpful People take pride in accomplishing challenging projects
Cons
While the location is good if you live North, it could be a long commute if you live South of Lynnwood. Over the past couple of years it was difficult to recruit qualified and experienced office personnel creating some turnover. This has now been rectified with a solid and stable workforce.
