As long as you do what you were told, no one will bother you. Very early monthly payday.
Cons
Sadly, most managers have no leadership qualities. During crunch time, managers transferred stress to subordinates. Reactive culture. No career advancement. Renumeration is pathetic. Staff welfare is non-existence. Voluntary early retirement for long-serving employees.
