-Ability to work on multiple projects. -Very intelligent, diligent, and down-to-earth coworkers. They hire some good people. -Pay and benefits are pretty good.
Cons
-Employee morale is pretty low -High attrition rate in recent months -Office environment overall is stifling -Push to be 98% "billable" when there is a huge lack in work to be divvied up.
