Difficult communication between departments Clique-y senior management Mostly paper based system, struggling to catch up and put another system in place Messy messy messy organization. Upper Management lacks horribly in supporting the need to control this for the above reason Annual feedback surveys, but no noticeable change. Workers are too afraid of some of their upper management to speak out Company focuses too much on having company parties than being able to keep the company afloat
