They have some good and variety of projects to get exposure and learn. The boss and some people are good and helping sometimes. Always honour one's genuine request.
Cons
• There is no structure, no hr. • Some people come at late working hours and roam around whole days and stay till late midnight to make it look they're very hardworking. • There are people who are in relations with management so they're not held responsible even when it's there inability to work in short you can loose your job or suffer while working with such people's. • The manager losses his calm even without explaining anything. Hardly ever trained on requirement and they require you to process the data and do all the valuation things in few days without any resources. Clearly company focus on pocket at employees cost. • Most of the people who join them hardly stayed for 6-10 months very high attrition rate in the startup and there aren't any ESOP benefits. Very low pay unless you don't get any other jobs. • Seniors might help you sometimes but let you be in there group and 2-3 people always dominate the junior's with no working ethics. • Try reaching out to other ex employees on LinkedIn why they left the firm in such a short span of notice and similar reasons you will find for sure. • Pay in peanuts, work like nuts. • Can fire you at any moment.
