Pros

Most of the time you have a set schedule during the school year. You are placed either in School Group or Center Group.

Cons

School group you have to pay your way to the destination you are placed at. You only get reimbursement for 1/2 of the travel time. Easily can dish our 400-600 during a month just in work related travel. School group has little to no supervision, other than the occasional assessments that upper staff (AKA the Clique) performs. Center work is horrid. You have a static location but youre often the first to cover any absences of other employees... Management is extremely cliquish. You have particular persons who have absolutely no Childhood educational degrees in extremely important roles. Communication is absolutely terrible. They make you lie on Report Cards to parents, and use a template for every card or COPY PASTE another employees GOOD Report and place it in your students report by simply just changing the name and the gender pronouns.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, Supportive, wonderful admin and supervisors. Regular performance reviews so you can see where you can improve. A lot of space to develop your own style of teaching and even get involved in designing your own courses. All the teachers are willing to give you advice if you need help.

Cons

There can be a lot of gossip. After a while it can be quite repetitive and salary is apparently based on how many children you teach (which you can't really help...)
