Provided opportunity to work on exciting projects and manage them from concept to completion, including hiring consultants, taking the projects through entitlements, hiring contractors, and managing the process throughout the build-out.
Cons
Company was acquired by a foreign conglomerate and completely changed the company culture from a small fun flexible firm to one that was no longer exciting to work at. Management seemed to have issues with the way the new parent company was running things and as such, constantly seemed to be in a bad mood, which had a trickle down effect on the employees.
