They have nice materials and toys.

Unethical. Toxic. Worst workplace I have ever experienced. Management uses cameras that are supposed to be used to observe the clients "get dirt" on front-line staff. The more they have in everyone's file, the easier it is to fire someone whenever it's convenient. I don't think I truly realized how bad this place was until I experienced a normal workplace.
