Thank you for your review, it's great that you find the products interesting, the simulation market is growing rapidly with huge potential for further growth, so I'm pleased you find this area of particular interest. Restructures happen when a company grows to the extent, we have over the last 3 - 5 years. We have grown from 1 company based in the UK to 5 companies internationally as well as moving from a Ltd company to a PLC. Whilst there are many positives that come from these changes, unfortunately the organisation structures that once worked successfully can't always support such changes. The positive from this is it has allowed us to open many more opportunities for both internal and external people and the effect of these changes on existing staff has been extremely minimal.
