Pros
It's a nice place to grow when you're starting your career, it has nice benefits such as health insurance, bonuses (and maybe even a raise) twice a year, birthday and holidays gift cards. They also offer remote work which is great. Work is very flexible and goals oriented, team leaders are very nice and are not really on top of you as long as you deliver the work on time.
Cons
- Salary is competitive but there's room for improvement. - Usually developers in latin america are assigned to projects with clients in the same region, it would be great to also work with clients and projects in the US and other regions.. - You don't get much recognition company wide, at least in latin america.
