Good pay, Nice to work for honest people. Aamco has a good traning program.One thing about working at Aamco we see new types of transmissons sooner than Mom and Pops shops. The learning cycle is always ongoing. Having a internet Tech forum where techs can talk to each outher and solve problems.
Cons
Having to work on outher parts of the car than the transmisson.
