Leadership change should have happened sooner.

It was close to home when I was employed there. The employees were, for the most part, good guys to work with. If I had a problem, I could usually get an informative answer from the people who ran before me.

There overtime hours dropped due to lack of work. The machine weren't maintained the way they could have been. The variety of jobs was limited. The pay and insurance could have been better.
