Sometimes the call numbers are low

Ok salary...pretty low based on my on line research about salaries in this position.

Where to begin... The terms of my offer letter changed a few days after hire. No training at the corporate level. Higher ups of the company are always at corporate, but never took time to teach me anything about the position or my daily activities. No room for growth. Work schedule provided no work life balance. Worked 8am to 7pm nightly, with a half day every other Saturday (goes back to the offer letter thing)
