I've really enjoyed my time at AAM. The team and employees here genuinely care about the work they do, and it shows in the pride they take in their day-to-day involvement. It’s a great environment where people are engaged, collaborative, and willing to support one another.
One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community. The company makes an effort to create a fun and inclusive culture with small office events that bring everyone together. It’s a great way to break up the workday and build stronger relationships across teams.
Like any company, there’s always room for improvement, but overall, my experience has been positive.
