High salary Accessible by train

They will offer you high salary than your other company but please don't accept. Turning rates too high here. People in and out within few weeks or months. Pressure for nothing. They make everything urgent here even though it's not. They will forcefully drain your energy and brain. Even though you push yourself to finish the job and already did. They will find other things to push you again. No rest time at all. Always scold you even though you're doing the right thing. So it doesn't matter whether you did right and wrong. They will other other small things they can pick to scold you. No space for mistakes at all. They expect you to know everything from the 1st day even their company SOP. They will keep on repeating about SOP even though their SOP is not that complete. You will only stay for a month then try to leave. Then even you already give your notice they will brainwash you until you stay. Really hard to get out from this company once you in. The boss also likes to touch girls. Please be careful. They always expect you to OT until late night. They will call you last min or when you want to go home. But they don't pay OT at all.

Good quality designs and very neat, standardized submission drawings. The company gives great exposure to site visits and authority submissions, even i was just a junior, Part 1. It’s a good place to learn and build experience.

Too much office politics. Low pay, low mileage claims, and unpaid OT despite staying late to meet deadlines. Tasks are often given last minute, sometimes even on the same day as submission, making it very stressful.
